New hotels opening and places to travel this summer in 2021

We can finally activate optimistic thinking in 2021, dust off our passports and sunglasses, and dust off our travel bags. But where should I go? Which hotels can you book? Where will you recharge and try to forget about the terrible annus horribilis of the "pandemic year"? Our Best hotels list is here to help you plan your next trip.

Last year, the travel industry took a big hit, and the luxury hospitality sector was even worse. Surprisingly, a few of the hotels we identified in our Best Luxury Hotel Openings in 2021 for your summer visit.

1-  THE RITZ-CARLTON MALDIVES, FARI ISLANDS, MALDIVES

The Ritz-Carlton on the Fari Islands has 100 villas ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, two bars, and up to six restaurants, one of which is run by a Michelin-starred chef. Spa, dive centre, kids club, tennis court, fitness centre, and even a photography studio are among the other services.

2-  SIX SENSES SHAHARUT, ISRAEL

Local stone and earthy color palettes were used in the construction of the hotel, which was influenced by and incorporated into the site's topography. A yoga studio, a nail salon, and indoor and outdoor pools are among Shaharut's facilities. Among the dining choices are an Israeli-Mediterranean restaurant, a poolside bar, and a tented Bedouin-style dining spot.

3-  AMAN NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA

The 83-room hotel with two restaurants, which is located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street,  a Wine Library, an underground Jazz Bar, and a Garden Terrace with views of Central Park. A 25-meter swimming pool is part of the Aman Spa, which is spread over three floors. The hotel's rooms all have working fireplaces, and many have views of the Park.
